Flowsite plans offer different levels of integrations, automation limits, security controls, and support. Because the platform supports multiple integrations and flexible configurations, we recommend speaking with our team to find the best setup for your projects.

All Plan Types

Customers on Free, Standard, Pro, Premium, and Platinum plans have access to:

  • Unlimited flows

  • At least 1 Dashpivot workspace integration

  • At least 1 Gearbelt workspace integration (coming soon)

  • At least 1 Xero tenant

  • Excel integrations for form reporting

  • Recurring time trigger (minimum 24 hours)

  • Unlimited data storage

  • Access to the Knowledge Base and Live Chat support

Free Plan

The following is not available on our Free Plan, or has limitations:

  • 50 monthly runs

  • No run overage batches

  • No Xero invoicing/billing integrations

  • No QuickBooks integration

  • No SharePoint integration

  • No Power BI integration

  • No Open API access

  • Recurring trigger limited to every 24 hours

  • 1 connection per integration

  • 1 Dashpivot workspace

  • No SSO, MFA, SOC-2 access, security questionnaires, custom agreement addendums, security audits, or geographic data residency controls

Standard Plan

The following is not available on our Standard Plan, or has limitations:

  • 100 monthly runs

  • Run overage batches capped at 100

  • QuickBooks limited to 1 company (includes invoices)

  • No SharePoint integration

  • No Power BI integration

  • No Open API access

  • Recurring trigger limited to every 24 hours

  • 1 connection per integration

  • 1 Dashpivot workspace

  • No SSO, MFA, SOC-2 access, security questionnaires, custom agreement addendums, security audits, or geographic data residency controls

Pro Plan

Our most popular plan, best suited for companies looking to automate all business processes.

Includes everything in Standard, plus:

  • Xero invoices and bills integration

  • Multiple Xero tenants

  • Multiple QuickBooks companies

  • QuickBooks invoices integration

  • SharePoint integration

  • Power BI integration

  • Open API access

  • Recurring triggers at 4, 12, and 24 hours

  • Multiple workspaces/brands

  • Multiple Dashpivot workspace integrations

  • Multiple connections per integration

  • SSO, MFA, and SOC-2 certification

Limitations:

  • 500 monthly runs

  • Run overage batches capped at 200

Premium Plan

Designed for organisations needing higher automation limits and enhanced security.

Includes everything in Pro, plus:

  • Power Platform integration

  • Recurring triggers at 1, 4, 12, and 24 hours

  • Geographic data residency controls

  • Security audits and questionnaire support

  • Ability to modify or add terms to annual agreements

Limitations:

  • 1,000 monthly runs

  • Run overage batches capped at 500

Platinum Plan

Our most advanced plan for large organisations with complex automation needs.

Includes everything in Premium, plus:

  • 2,000 monthly runs

  • Priority support

Limitations:

  • Run overage batches capped at 1,000
