Use the Form Signed Trigger in Flowsite to start a flow when a Dashpivot workflow form is signed in a specific column. This trigger is used to run automations based on completed or approved forms within workflows.

Prerequisites

Before you begin make sure you have the following:

  • Plan: Standard

  • Skills Required: Flowsite

  • Device Type: Computer

  • Subscription: Flowsite

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Create or open a flow in Flowsite.

  2. Select Form Signed as the trigger.

  3. Copy the workflow template ID from the Dashpivot template URL.

  4. Paste the template ID into the Template URL ID field in the trigger.

  5. Once the Template is loaded and the Template Name text box shows the correct Template name, select the column that should trigger the Run (e.g. the last column if you want the Run to trigger on that form signed event)

  6. Save the trigger configuration.

Hints and Tips

  • The Form Signed Trigger is only compatible with Workflow Templates

  • If the Template ID is taken from the Template Library, forms from deployed Templates will trigger a Run

  • If you want to limit the trigger to a particular deployed folder, then copy in the Template Id from the deployed folder and not the Template Library
